1. Company Information

PopStudio is a corporation operating in Ontario, Canada, located at:

45 Wardsville Drive, Brampton, Ontario L6Y 0T9

We offer residential and commercial design-build services including interior design, renovation planning, project management, and construction execution.


2. Use of Website


This website is provided for general information about our services. You agree not to:

• misuse the site or interfere with its functionality

• attempt unauthorized access

• copy or reproduce website content without permission

All text, designs, images, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of PopStudio and may not be reused without written consent.


3. Estimates, Quotes & Design Plans

Estimates provided through our website, discovery calls, or online forms are non-binding.

Final pricing is confirmed only after:


  • an in-home or virtual consultation

  • design development

  • scope confirmation


Quotes may change based on material availability, labour adjustments, design revisions, or client-requested modifications.

4. Service Agreements

All renovation, construction, and design services require a signed contract outlining:

• scope of work

• timeline

• payment schedule

• responsibilities of each party

• warranty and aftercare terms

Website information does not replace contract terms. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement prevails.

5. Payments & Deposits

All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• provide accurate information regarding property conditions

• obtain access to the property when required

• respond to communications in a timely manner

• adhere to agreed project timelines

• avoid interfering with construction work or subcontractors

Delays caused by client inaction or unauthorized alterations may extend timelines or incur additional fees.

7. Timeline Commitments

We establish clear timelines; however, actual completion may be impacted by:

• supply chain delays

• permit processing times

• unforeseen property conditions (e.g., structural, plumbing, electrical)

• severe weather

• changes initiated by the client

PopStudio is not liable for delays outside of our control.

8. Changes to Scope

Any change in scope must be documented via a Change Order, which may affect pricing and timelines.

Work outside the original scope will not begin until approved by the client in writing.

9.Warranties

PopStudio provides workmanship warranties as outlined in each project’s construction agreement.

Warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear

• misuse or improper maintenance

• damage caused by third-party contractors

• issues arising from pre-existing structural or mechanical conditions


10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, PopStudio is not liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages

• loss of property value

• delays caused by third-party suppliers, municipalities, or subcontractors

• inaccuracies caused by client-provided measurements or information

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided

11.Third-Party Links & Tools

Our website may contain links to third-party tools (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, booking systems).

We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

12.Termination

PopStudio may terminate a project or service if the client:


  • breaches contract terms

  • fails to make required payments

  • interferes with project execution

  • creates unsafe conditions for workers


Termination conditions and fees are detailed in each service agreement.

13.Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of this website signifies acceptance of any revisions.
